  • The DFW Anime Club is free and open to anyone who loves anime gaming within Dallas/ Fort-Worth Metroplex or planning on visiting.

    To join and stay connected, we recommend:

    • Joining our Facebook group to connect with the community

    • Joining our discord server to chat, get event updates and access group chats.

    • Following us on our official social media, pages for announcements and promotions

    • Attending events and meet ups

    • Applying to be a vendor or team member if you’re interested in getting more involved

    Our Facebook group and discord are the main places where members can mingle ask questions and stay up-to-date on upcoming events.

  • Yes. Event locations are subjecttochange.

    Locations may change based on:

    • Ticket sales and projected attendance

    • Vendor participation

    • Venue availability or upgrades

    If a locations changes, all ticket holders will be notified directly via email and official channels prior to theevent.

  • Yes

    Some DFW Anime Club events are collaborations with other brands, venue, sponsors, or community groups. Is these cases, there maybe more than one host. Collaborations will always be noted on the event page or promotional materials.

  • Tickets are nonrefundable, unless the event is canceled.

    If event is postponed, tickets will:

    • Remain valid for the next date,or

    • Be transferable to another DFW Anime club event

  • Your ticket receipt is your confirmation.

    To check in:

    • Show your ticket receipt (digital or printed)

    • The name on the receipt must match one of the attendees

    • You will receive a wristband upon entry

    This is our standard check-in process unless otherwise stated.

  • Yes!

    DFW Anime Club has been hosting events and meetups since 2019. All official events are promoted through our website and official social media platforms. Tickets are sold only through our verified links.

  • Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout for ticket purchases. You can also sign up to volunteer at an event for free entry in exchange for helping with part of the event.

  • It’s depends on the event.

    • 21 + events will always be clearly labeled

    • Family friendly events will also be clearly advertised

    • Any event that allows alcohol or BYOB strictly 21+

  • This varies by event and venue.

    some events may include:

    • food vendors

    • Food and light refreshments provided by host

    • BYOB options (21+ only)

    • On site bar service

    Event specific details are always listed on the event page or flyer.

  • Vendor must application through our website.

    • Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot.

    • Under spot are confirmed only after payment is received.

    • When availability varies by event

    • Approve vendors will receive confirmation event details via email only.
